Hosptial Door Structure
For door frame we are using 1.2-1.4 premium aluminum profile which can be both durable and easy cleaning.The unique design also can make our frame seamless and smooth acheiving waterproof and clean look .Besides our hospital door size are not limited to standard as other wooden door ,giving taller and wider space for entrance use .
The thickness of our door panel is 40mm or 45mm, sealed with aluminum profile. In order to make and door have better impact resistant and soundproof ,we are filling the door panel with aluminum honey comb and solid wood /aluminum tube .For the facing premier fireproof board,HPL or ordinary melamine board are all avaible with different color and pattern.they can be both sliding door or swing door ,single or double door for all kind of purpose in hospital use .
All raw material mentioned above are with QUALICOAT in Zurich, GBT280012001,and SGS certificatedand our facing board is European standard E0 ,passing Japanese
BOKEN testing and GB/T 15102-2006 ,and FSC SGS certificated
